Hearing of the beautiful Galadriel being in the Lady of The Wood Tavern, Arwen decided to go have a look and see how well she was doing these days. Stepping into the tavern, her long brown hair covered by a wonderful silver tiara and a gown of light blue, she smell the nice scent of the wines and ales here.Looking around inside to let her eyes focus more she looks over to see a nice crowd of people inside. Walking up to the bar getting her a red wine, Arwen turns to walk slowly towards the group of people. Noting that King Elessar was sitting there, Arwen goes behind him and leaning down to him, kisses his cheek softly with her arms arounf his neck. "Why good day M'lord. I trust you are well this day?" Turning then to Galadriel, Morgoth, Eowyn, Vugar with a smile on her face, "Good day all. I hope you are enjoying yourselves here."
Turning to look then at Morgoth, her eyebrow raising, "So what brings you here from so far away if i may ask? Are things going well for you lately?" Sitting down beside King Elessar, and taking a drink of her wine, she revels in its taste and looking at Galadriel, "So mellon nin, tell me, have you any thoughts of the future lately?"

With muted interest, Morgoth saw that Arwen had entered the tavern... About sick and tired of people in general, his tempers flared when she asked him why he was here. Is it so hard to fathom that I too could enjoy a nice wine in Lorien? And am I not allowed to leave the place which I rule? I really don't see why it is neccessary for everyone to ask me why I'm here, when the same question is just assumed for others. And perhaps I want my business here to be kept secret? With a growl, Morgoth turned away and sat fuming, boring his eyes into the table, lest he get even angrier and destroy something or hurt someone...

Trying to not to snicker to loudly when she realized that Morgoth had gotten a little or so it semed upset when she spoke why he was here, Arwen touching his shoulder and with a soft voice, "Ah pardon me. I meant nothing by it Morgoth, and yes the wine here is lovely, much better than in other places right?" Seeing him turn away just made her squeeze a tad bit more on his shoulder and add, "Now then, is this anyway to start a lasting friendship? I really would like for us to work together. I love that you've come here and away from your homeland. I'm glad your here actually. There is something we need to speak of," she said as she removed her hand and sat back and relaxed. She hoped that he and her would work well together and gesturing over for a wine, she thanked them once her drink arrived. Taking a sip of it and folding her hands on the table she smiled awaiting Morgoth's answer.

A windswept Giliathriel walks into the pub, and seeing the lord and ladies already assembled, she walks over to them Why hello! It is nice to see you all again. May I join you?

Sitting there with Elessar and Morgoth and several others, Arwen looks up to see Giliatriel walk over to the table and hearing her greeting, Arwen says with a smile of hope on her face,"Welcome indeed my friend. Do sit and join us. How have you been? It's so good to see you here this day. I hope all is well with you? It has been awhile since we have seen you here, how is Arnor doing?" With not taking her eyes off of her and feeling rather jouful today, Arwen folds her hands on the table with her elbow down and waits to hear Morgoth and Gil's reply.

With a growl, Morgoth tried to swat the woman's hand off his shoulder, but she just tightened her hold, then let go. Turning to her, some of his anger had dissipated, but there was still a residue from it showing in his eyes...Personally, I care not for lasting friendships, if you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly the friendliest guy around.. But you interest me, lady. What is this of which we must speak? With a sigh, he realised that he had been 'fooled' by the half-elf, he just couldn't keep his mouth shut...

Listening to Morgoth, seeing his anger subside just a wee bit and still when he turned around, that look in his eyes, gave Arwen another reason to chuckle softly to herself. She knew he had a bad reputation and being from the lands he's was, all the more reason to be that way. Feeling she had indeed at least gotten though some, Arwen hears him say that he is not the friendliest or doesn't need a lasting friendship. Hoping to bring a light of hope there between them, she tilts her head and with her elven voice sweet and caring, "Well it would seem then i have misjudged you. Am i correct in that you are not friendly and that i am? Just think what the two of us could achieve together! Greatness upon these kingdoms we rule. Is it power you seek? If so together we could achieve this as well."
Taking a deep breath she continues, "Now of what i must ask of you. I sense you are a fair and just man. If you could somehow keep your lands and mine from any wrong doing as in war or battles, then it would be most honourable to me and all other kindoms i'm sure. Can you fathom that? Is it an unjust call for me to make? You know that keeping the peace here is the job of our King and myself. Can i count on you, perhaps if only a short while? It would mean a great deal to me if it could be."
Then looking around the tavern seeing Ara, Arwen motions with a raised hand for her to come over and sit with them.

This she-elf was getting to be a bit haughty... What did she know about the ages he had spent locked up by a mighty chain forged by Manwe, the darkness all encompassing and unpenetrated by a single ray of light? Did she have even the faintest idea of the suffering he endured? Morgoth, for one, knew that not even the other Vala had gone through what he had... What's this? I seek not more power than what I already have, Lady. I can and will not say what type of being I am, just, fair or otherwise. I will say this, I am not looking for an alliance with elves, men, or any other dispicable creature, other than who already pledge their allegiance to me. I would not count on me, past "one," for you shall know that I do enjoy breeding trouble and hatred. It is what I am now, and whatever guise I may put on may merely camoflauge my true self for a time. So, in case you cannot discern the meaning of my statements, if I were you, and the kingdoms of men should be glad that I'm not, I would not assume that all is peaceful and safe... That is all I will say. Morgoth would not say he would restrain his troops, however large or small they be.. And whatever notions of an alliance, or whatever the elf was referring to, that was also out of the question. For Morgoth was a man of few words, and his answer happened to be "no."

An over bearing truth comes over her as Arwen sits there face to face with someone who had indeed suffered in his life and telling not only by his sharpness of his tongue but the tone of his voice, she had picked perhaps the wrong subject to speak of this eve. Feeling a chill on her arms and knowing that indeed he would never even fathom the thought of a unity, Arwen hears him say that he is not to be counted on and all is not safe.
Changing her demeaner to a more sweet one, she says,"Ahh Morgoth, indeed i knew these would be your reactions. How did i know, well it's to be expected from one so evil as yourself." Then with a toss of her head back in a chuckle, she adds, "Now then! Now that we both know where we stand on this, lets have a drink and have fun. That is if you can have fun? May i get you a drink? Or perhaps you'd like something else?"

Lady Lithlaewen floated through the doors and into the pub with a dazed smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes. As the holidays were upon her and she felt particularly generous today. For earlier that day, with the help of all her guards, she managed to locate the hiding place of the gift King Thranduil was going to give to her. It was the most stunning piece of jewellry she had ever seen, and it must have cost a fortune, and that coming from Thranduil was truly a miracle. She looked around the humble Tavern, surrounded by trees, yet not quite the same as Greenwood. Spotting the fair Queen Arwen, she grinned happily and headed towards her direction, "Sulliad mellon nin! It's been quite a while since I've seen you around hasn't it?" She gave her a sudden hug and then saw Morgoth's dark pout, she burst out in giggles in a very un-queenish manner, "What's the matter dear Morgoth? Shouldn't this be the season of celebration? Come! Let's put all our silly alliances, enemies, wars and tactics behind us for now! Let's drink and enjoy the time we have together as friends."

Taking a sip of her wine with a chuckle that was still for seeing Morgoth get so upset with her, Arwen looks up in just enough time to see Lady Lith walk in. Seeing her all dressed up so lovely and a certain radience about her today, Arwen feels her give her a big hug.
Giving her one in return and hearing her words, Arwen with a soft yet jokenly voice, "Suiliad mellon nin! Why yes my dear, it has been quite awhile since you and i have spoken. May i ask how you are fairing? I'm really enjoying this here today getting out for awhile. It always does make me feel better, doesn't it you?" Knowing how sometimes to many questions could be irrating to one, Arwen stops short for now.
Then turning to Ara with a nod of her head, "Hannon le (thank you) Ara, are you doing well my dear? And if i may, do you have any news to tell me of late, like perhaps you've written some more poems."

Mo, having had developed quite an immunity to annoying things, was getting fed up with all the elves pestering him. Drinking the last of the contents of his glass, the Dark Lord stood up, his chair sliding backwards before falling over. Although he tried to hide what he was feeling, the annoyance and anger came out on his face with the shape of his lips and the mood in his eye. Feeling derisive stares at his back, he swept out of the tavern with a whirl of wind that tugged at the trees and brought a shower of leaves upon the ground... He mounted his steed and galloped off, to whichever end only his horse knew...
