No Erk, why not you leave it here? Because this is called LOTRpalace, so we can always start another one I guess. This can be more of a poll for the best trilogy book you know?

but... what about Tolkien's other works?? Roverandum and Leaf by Niggle being the most apparent. Leaf by Niggle is an amazing book, which I reccomend to anyone and everyone. It is short, but rather profound, and a wonderful book in general. Roverandum is a nice tale as well, it was written by Tolkien for his son (I think it was Christopher). Also, Farmer Giles of Ham is a great work, with many intracacies that Tolkien enveloped with his wonderful writing.. Even so, we cannot limit our worldview by author either, even if this is a LotR site. Tolkien may seem to be the best writer, but it is entirely a matter of opinion, one which may not be shared by everyone...

Its close between FOTR and ROTK ..dont kill me..but I felt TTT was a little boring at times
