The Arnorian Navy Structure
For the moment, there are 2 regiments that make up the navy. The 1st is the Royal Scouts which are the elite scouts of Arnor. The 2nd is the main body, which is theRoyal Fleet of Arnor that is divided into 3 divisions.
The Royal Fleet of Arnor
There are 3 divisions in the Royal Fleet of Arnor, where only two divisions are open to anyone, which is the Royal Marines and the Elite Sailors and the one unavailable as of yet, Infiltration Seals.
Upon filling out this form, you will then undergo Basic Training, which is 10 questions on lore and warcraft. Available trainers will be myself King Elessar, 1st Marshal Erkendorn, Queen Arwen, Steward Giliathriel and more will come as the palace progresses.
After Basic Training, you will pick a division. Marines or Sailors, and go Marine/Sailor Training, which will be conducted by the same trainers. That training will consist of 5 quick questions regarding that area and then you will have a sparring session with your trainer. After that your trainer will give you a senario regarding that area, and you will tell IC how to solve it. Once you have completed that, you have graduated from Navy Training!
You will start as either a Marine or the rank of Landsman, which is the lowest Sailor rank open. Since we dont have enough numbers for an RPG, we will have a "Lond Daer Port Guard" thread open, which is where the Arnorian Navy is based in. Post there under the command of our NPC officers and you will work your way through the Junior Warrior ranksHere they are.

Petty Marine
Once you are at 1st Class level, you will be open for petty officer rank. Simply, you will be given another senario to deal with, and once thats been done, you are a Petty Marine Officer or a Petty Sailor Officer. Once your trainer or a higher officer thinks you are finally ready for CPO (Chief Petty Officer), then you can choose to go to the Infiltration Seals, or continue up the officer ranks of Marines or Sailors.

Officer Ranks
After deciding to continue up the officer ranks while your at Petty Officer, you must undergo another senario given by your trainer to become a CPO. After that you will have to post in the Port Guard thread in order to achieve full officer status. If your trainer or any officer thinks you have posted well enough to be an officer, you will be told by your trainer to do an Advanced Officer's Course. This includes an obstacle course which is made by the high officers which is the key to becoming an officer in any Royal Fleet Division. (It hasn't been made yet, will be posted up soon though). Once done, you will have a sparring session with your trainer and then you have graduated to the rank of Lieutenant or Sergeant Major. You may choose if you want to be a commissioned officer, or a non commissioned officer. Sergeant Majors are non-commissioned and will become trainers to the new recruits of that division. Lieutenants will be one of the commanders of that division
After this, any promotions to Commander or Captain will only occur when there is a place available. There are unlimited numbers of Lieutenants or Sergeant Majors, and once a position is open, depending on your posting in an RPG or the Port Guard, the previous officer of that rank will choose a successor Commander or Captain. The officer that is in command of all 3 divisions is the Commodore
After this, all promotions to the Arnorian Navy Control Company will only be done hand-picked.
