there are some ways to gain posts. You need those posts to upgrade your rank, wich gives you special abilities wich other people can`t use. Here are the ways to gain points:
- salary (I`ll put it down here if we need people to fill a job)
- tribute- there are several ways of tribute. eg for a good post, or if you win a contest.
- If you bring up a good idea for the kingdom (so if you`ll start a good thread or something)
