What would of happened do you think in Middle Earth if King Theoden wouldn't of died? Would Rohan prospered more?

If you are referring to Rohan in the 4th Age, then yes, it would have. When Eomer was the first King of the third line (i think), Rohan had prospered in population, culture and possibly expanded in territory. They made peace with the Dunlendings and still had strong connections with Gondor even when Eomer's son, Ælfwine was king. Theoden probably would have made Rohan prosper in a similar way Eomer did when he was King
